Alice founded Solutions Medical Billing Inc in 1994 with daughter, Michele Redmond. Together they have worked for the past 30 years to provide exceptional medical billing services to providers all across the US.

Zack has been with Solutions Medical Billing Inc for 20 years. He started as a claims processor and is now the Chief Financial Officer.
